All executive coaches at Chameleon Works have a background in psychology and are qualified coaches to Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching level. We use a variety of approaches including Cognitive, Psychoanalytic and Gestalt to help individuals learn new ways of developing and gain new perspectives on their life at work or home.

All our coaches have managed their own changes with the support of a qualified coach and bring personal experience of operating in complex and changing organisations.

How we work

Chameleon Works will listen to your requirements and then recommend a coach to suit your needs and work in partnership with you. 

The first thing we'll do is agree with you the Aims, Style and Methods of the coaching. Your first session is exploratory and free! At the end of this one hour session you will know if coaching is for you. It is an opportunity to feel comfortable with your chosen coach and confirm that you can work together.

Then we'll work with you and:

  • Listen to your situation, clarifying your goals and developing a vision that motivates you.
  • Build a programme, tailored around your needs and lifestyle which will
    strengthen your ability to meet your goals and make decisions or
    changes that balance risk and innovation.
  • Implement regular coaching sessions (using various Tools and
    Techniques) to help you manage the changes or personal
    development plan.
  • Evaluate progress regularly.
