What we do

Our Organisational consultants have experience of facilitating international teams during change and also training teams to handle change more effectively.

We use psychology to analyse a teams’ stage of development and prepare the team for the next phase. Specific “blind-spots” to team potential can be identified and we design programmes and events to overcome these issues.

We help teams to focus on three factors for success:

  1. the team dynamic – recognising the difference between the teams’ task, content and process.
  2. individual needs – the team can only maximise its combined strength when individuals are confident in their own capability
  3. adapting the team needs during change – being flexible and
    resilient through periods of ambiguity.

We work in partnership with your change leadership, HR Managers and Change Team to maximise the benefits of psychology and change to speed up the overall implementation and maximize engagement.

We gather data on teams through confidential interviews, psychometric research or analysis of the culture in which the team operates.

We analyse how the team can implement strategy effectively and where they are likely experience resistance to change, designing interventions to develop teams over time.

To do this we are skilled facilitators in a series of tools which can include:

  • Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) ®  to increase self awareness and understand team dynamics
  • FIRO-B® to analyse interpersonal effectiveness and conflict.
  • AEM Cube® to assess ability to cope with complexity and change
  • Various personality profiling tools to build self/other awareness (16PF®, CPI® etc)
  • the Innovation Potential Indicator® to focus on innovation
  • the Thomas Kilmann instrument to manage conflict
