Coaching for Change
Coaching people through change can sometimes mean the difference between whether you retain your best talent (or not!). Chameleon Works has developed the new Coaching for Change workshop which provides managers and leaders of change with the skills and knowledge to incorporate a coaching style into their leadership. We share basic techniques for supporting people through transitions and also balance theory with practice. Our programme is run by qualified coaches who have a breadth of experience in applying coaching to change.

Personality of Wine™
Chameleon Works has developed the new Personality of Wine™ event which provides teams with an opportunity to learn how to engage different MBTI Personality Types in their ideas and communications. We use the fun platform of wine tasting to give leaders and teams opportunity to test their new skills. We are experts in wine and psychology using new and exciting wines to provide a varied and sensory learning experience.
