Angelina Bennet

Angelina Bennet is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and experienced coach working with a variety of client organisations. Her experience includes applying psychology to selection, development, coaching, organisational culture profiling, change programmes and team building. 

Angelina coaches and consults individuals and teams, often as part of other learning and development programmes or in conjunction with personality development and self awareness work. She has undertaken team coaching at board level through to staff level, and has coached individuals from a very broad range of organisations and professions. Angelina also facilitates team performance workshops for managers and business leaders in coaching techniques. She is an Ashridge certified coach and a member of the British Psychological Society’s Special Group for Coaching Psychology.

Angelina has also worked on the development of a contemporary model of change and the psychological contract that helps to reduce change resistance and loss of productivity during change. During her time as an business psychologist, Angelina has worked for various organisations at all levels including the NHS, Network Rail, Nokia, Alstom Power, Royal Bank of Scotland, Rexam, Costain, The Wine Society, Secerno, and Ernst & Young, as well as several large insurance companies, charities, airlines and engineering companies.

Angelina has a BSc in Psychology with Languages from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MSc in Experimental Methodology from UCL. After several years working for the NHS in a clinical role, Angelina went to Cranfield University where she completed her MSc in Applied Psychology.  She is currently undertaking a Practitioner Doctorate Programme with London Metropolitan University focusing on the further development of the Myers Briggs theory and application.

In terms of psychometric qualifications, Angelina is qualified to use all ability tests, personality questionnaires including the 16PF, MBTI, CPI, FIRO-B, Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, OPQ, EQ-I, Spony Profiling SPM, Enneagram, and Benchmarks 360° feedback, Skillscope 360° feedback, Innovation Potential Indicator and the Thomas Kilman Conflict Indicator.
