Anna Crollick

Anna is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and qualified business coach, team facilitator and trainer. Her work is strongly focused on enabling people to perform at their true potential.

She is a strong advocate of best practice and is a Lead Trainer of the British Psychological Society Level B Personality Testing workshop. She is a member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology, BPS, British Association of Psychological Type and European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

Understanding the people impact of change Anna combines her knowledge of psychology with coaching skills to help businesses create authentic leaders; smoother transitions; and highly effective teams. Her work includes facilitating professional improvement through the design and delivery of basic and advanced coaching workshops to Managers and Senior Managers; design and delivery of Leadership programmes, team awareness raising events and other bespoke interventions for national and international clients.

She is also skilled in design and delivery of assessment and development centres, competency frameworks and is qualified in a wide range of psychometric tests. Anna has over 10 years experience of working with a wide variety of Public, Private and Voluntary Sector clients with previous work experience as a Senior Consultant at OPP Ltd for over five years.

Anna has a BSc (Hons) degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. She also has an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from Leeds Metropolitan University and works with Ashridge
Business School coaching on the ‘Future Leaders Experience’.

She is qualified in a number of psychometric tools including MBTI, FIRO-B, OPQ32, 16PF, CPI 434, CPI 260, HPI, HDS, Saville Wave, Enneagram, EQi, Benchmarks 360. Through her experience, psychological insight and coaching skills Anna has supported leaders through change and turbulence whilst also increasing their self awareness, resilience and confidence.

** UPDATE ** Continuing Transformation in Public Sector
Chameleon Works has recently supported a public sector organisation through the challenge of rebuilding teams in the front line of Adult Social care. The work we completed followed a period of redundancies and restructuring as part of large scale cuts. Like most public sector organisations the people in the front line operational roles have seen changes to the people they work with, tasks they complete and processes they follow. The scale of the changes can mean that individuals either adapt quickly or derail completely.
