Felicity Lee (C. Psychol)Felicity Lee is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and certified Executive Coach. Her areas of consulting and OD expertise include leadership development, team facilitation and coaching, addressing areas such as managing change, resolving conflict and enhancing innovation.
She is a certified change coach and NLP practitioner and applies psychological principles, together with her experience of working with a diverse range of organisations to the areas of leadership development, coaching and careers guidance.
Felicity is qualified in many tools on the market including MBTI, FIRO-B, 16PF, Wave, Hogan Series, Six Thinking Hats and Appreciative Enquiry. She has consulted for clients from the public and private sectors both in the UK and internationally in the Finance, Transport, Telecommunications, Retail and Insurance sectors.
She was a Panel psychologist on BBC1 Documentary “What Am I Like – The Personality Test using the MBTI in 2004 and the Psychologist on The Apprentice You’re Fired for 2006 and 2007.
Felicity’s underlying approach to supporting clients is a passionate belief in identifying and developing individuals’ and teams’ potential and releasing that potential at work. She works with clients to understand the real objectives, their agenda and success measures.
