About the Founder
Deborah Fleming is a practiced Change Management Consultant with over 10 years experience of organisational, team and individual development initiatives. She has an MSc in Organisational Development & Consultancy, and an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching. She combines these qualifications with a depth of knowledge of psychological techniques to support performance through change.
She is a skilled at diagnosing where people and organisations can increase their potential. She designs innovative solutions for change that fit the culture and person.
Deborah has travelled to over 50 countries independently, which enables her to personally role model adapting to challenging situations, taking personal risk and being resourceful during change.
Her international work has taken her to Belgium (Implementing HR process to support new technology), Canada (training teams in Customer Awareness following a change in strategy), South Africa (supporting an organisation through a change in process), Poland (training a team in how to adapt to change), London (helping an international investment bank skill its senior people in change leadership) and Colombia (training psychologists in an international company to use a tool to enable them to recruit the right people following a merger).
She has recently published a paper on the Role of a Coach during Change and presented at the international MBTI Conference in London on the “Use of MBTI during Change”.
