All executive coaches at Chameleon Works have a background in psychology and are qualified coaches to Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching level. We use a variety of approaches including Cognitive, Psychoanalytic and Gestalt to help individuals learn new ways of developing and see new perspectives on their lives at work or home All our coaches have managed their own changes with the support of a qualified coach and they bring their personal experience of working in complex and changing organisations.

The types of coaching available are:

  • Performance Coaching (getting your true potential realised!).

  • Development Coaching (Supporting your next step up!).

  • Life Coaching (Support for a change in your life).

  • Executive Coaching (Leadership feedback & support).

Our Coaches will advise you on the different types.


What we do
  • We help individuals define their goals and objectives and then design the coaching process around implementing them.

  • We provide tailored coaching through individual development contracts or as part of wider organisational leadership or change initiatives
