The first thing we'll do is agree with you the Aims, Style and Methods of the coaching. Your first session is exploratory and free! At the end of this session (one hour) you will know if coaching is for you. It is an opportunity to feel comfortable with your chosen coach and confirm that you can work together.
Then we'll work with you and:
- Listen to your situation, clarifying your goals and developing a vision that motivates you.
- Build a programme, tailored around your needs and lifestyle which will strengthen your ability to meet your goals and make decisions or changes that balance risk and innovation.
- Implement regular coaching sessions (using various Tools & Techniques) to help you manage the changes or personal development plan.
- Evaluate progress regularly.
