Chameleon works Founder, Deborah Fleming (second from right) and Murli Nathan of BP (right) presented to an audience of over 40 Senior Managers and Practitioners on “Leading Complex Change” at a Breakfast Meeting hosted by Human Insights in April. The meeting told the story of a leader and a consultant working together to tackle complexity and shape a new organisation using change tools and techniques. The panel and forum afterwards provoked helpful debate and learning on change.
