IBM Top Talent Programme 2010

Working in conjunction with Joe O'Mahoney from Cardiff Business School, Chameleon Works was selected to support the IBM Top Talent Programme 2010. The programme was designed inhouse to support the core value of innovation in IBM and Chameleon Works ran the "Innovation Live" session which measured the Innovation Potential of the consultants using the Innovation Potential Indicator™ and other interactive excercises. Deborah Fleming (Consultant at Chameleon) commented "Some people genuinely believe that they are not creative and in the drive to develop a culture of innovation in organisations, people have to believe they are creative before we can really develop this potential. Through the use of the exercises, combined with some of the latest research from Joe's research, we were able to boost innovative confidence and capability".

IBM Top Talent Programme 2010 To further support IBM, Chameleon Works ran a Personality of Wine™ event in the evening to support the delegates in gaining depth and value from their investment in the Myer's Briggs Type Indicator.

This programme is very important to us to help some of our top performers grow their leadership skills, their understanding of our business/wider organisation and most importantly inspire and motivate them. The "Personality of Wine" session on Thurs evening on Myers Briggs was once again fantastic - well done. Such a great way to draw out the learning and have fun - a real example of innovation at work!!! The innovation session on Friday was also spot on and I think really gave the TT's something to think about in terms of their own person style for innovation and how this can translate into their day jobs - great to see "lightbulbs coming on" around the room during the session... The feedback during the event from everybody I spoke with was very positive"

** UPDATE ** Continuing Transformation in Public Sector
Chameleon Works has recently supported a public sector organisation through the challenge of rebuilding teams in the front line of Adult Social care. The work we completed followed a period of redundancies and restructuring as part of large scale cuts. Like most public sector organisations the people in the front line operational roles have seen changes to the people they work with, tasks they complete and processes they follow. The scale of the changes can mean that individuals either adapt quickly or derail completely.
