Cultural Analysis People Strategy Executive Coaching
We analyse the organisations culture to understand its strengths and weaknesses to identify how the organisation can change and which “levers” to pull to make change happen. We create human resource improvement processes in line with strategic change to engage your talent in the change and support performance. We help leaders to learn and adapt. All our coaches have Advanced Diplomas in Coaching, backgrounds in Occupational Psychology and experience in different sectors.
Strategic Alignment Communication Strategy
We ensure that particular emphasis is placed on sponsoring change at the top of organisations. Working with the leadership team we develop the vision and commitment at the top and help leaders cope with complexity. We prepare and manage the messages into the organisation through effective communication strategies and we tailor the messages to different types of people.
