Some of the possible areas where we provide support to teams in organisations:


Teams who don’t develop over time often get complacent or their productivity suffers. Teams are dynamic and need support to adapt to their environmental and economical challenges. They need specific capabilities to cope with complexity in the workplace and to be focussed on implementing the vision.

What we do

Chameleon Works has experience of facilitating international teams during change and also training teams to handle change more effectively based on applying different levels of challenge and support.

Chameleon Works is experienced in using psychology to analyse where a team is in its stage of development and to prepare a team for the next phase. Specific areas where teams have “blind-spots” to their potential can be identified and we design programmes and events to overcome these issues.

We help teams to focus on three elements for success:
